Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services.
Please note:
- Delivery times are applicable once your parcel has been dispatched from our studio.
- We aim to swiftly process your order, guaranteeing prompt dispatch of your jewellery.
- If you make a pre-order purchase, you will be charged at the time of purchase and we will ship the item to you as soon as it is in stock.
- All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed-for.
- UK public holidays, industrial action and force majeure can affect your estimated expected delivery date.
- We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
Import Duties and Taxes Policy for International Orders:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are separate from your purchase and shipping costs, and you are responsible for paying them. If you decide not to pay the import duties your order may be sent back to us and you may need to cover the return shipping costs. Customs processes vary and might lead to delays. Please understand that declining to pay import duties and returning the package does not result in a refund. You must accept the package and pay any import duties owed before any further action can be taken.
Refunds:
LENAE offers a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
- All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact orders@lenae.online with your order number as shown on your receipt. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for shipping. Customers are responsible for all expenses related to return shipping.
- International customers are responsible for all expenses related to return shipping and insurance. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages and any issues with lost or damaged packages should be addressed directly with your courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that only standard shipping costs are refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process, although there may be slight delays during busy periods.
